1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradingGranth ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Educational Use Only

TradingGranth is an educational trade journaling tool only. All content, analytics, insights, reports, and data on this Platform are for simulation, self-reflection, and learning purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

TradingGranth is not registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) or any other financial regulatory authority. We do not provide recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, or financial instrument.

3. No Liability for Trading Losses

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss.
  • TradingGranth is not responsible for any financial losses you incur while trading.
  • Past performance shown or tracked on the Platform is not indicative of future results.
  • Any decisions you make based on data entered into or generated by this Platform are entirely your own responsibility.
  • TradingGranth, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform.
  • Not use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.

5. Account & Data

You own the trade data you enter into TradingGranth. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We retain data as necessary to provide the service and comply with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

TradingGranth offers subscription plans (Free, PRO, ELITE, DESK) billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable plan fees.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated below:

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge date with your transaction ID.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided.
  • Free trial periods are not refundable — they are provided at no charge.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan features until the period ends. To cancel, contact us or use the account settings in the Platform.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, logos, software, and features are the intellectual property of TradingGranth. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission. Your trade data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion settings.

9. Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
